3. User Registration and Accounts • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. • Vendors and affiliates must be at least 18 years old. • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. • Cedis Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activities or violations of our terms.
4. Vendor Terms • Vendors must ensure that all listed products and services comply with Ghanaian laws and Cedis Hub policies. • Vendors are responsible for product quality, delivery, and customer service. • Cedis Hub reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws. • Payments to vendors will be processed according to our Vendor Payment Policy, with applicable commissions deducted where necessary.
5. Affiliate Program • Affiliates can earn commissions by promoting listed products using unique affiliate links. • Commissions are paid based on successful and confirmed sales. • Affiliates must not use misleading marketing tactics or violate advertising regulations. • Cedis Hub reserves the right to withhold commissions from fraudulent or policy-violating referrals.
6. Buyer Terms • Buyers must ensure the accuracy of order details before completing a purchase. • All sales are subject to the refund and return policies outlined by vendors. • Buyers must not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes.
7. Payments and Transactions • Payments for products and services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. • Cedis Hub is not responsible for payment failures due to technical issues beyond our control. • Vendors and affiliates must comply with all payment processing guidelines provided by Cedis Hub.
8. Prohibited Activities Users must not: • List illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods/services. • Engage in fraudulent transactions or money laundering. • Use the platform for spam, hacking, or unauthorized data collection. • Post misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
